Feel the fear and do it anyway

Imagine, you are in a public place and you are the center of attraction. You are very calm and confidence in that situation. Imagine, you are exposing your thoughts and feelings in a comfortable way. Each and every man and woman are trying to talk with you. How would that feel?Very good.....isn't it?Let me give you very simple tricks that will change your life.

But the question is, how would we be able to do this?What is the secret to become that type of person. The truth is that, "there is no secret".And there is no shortcut to be like this. I know there are some people with advantages who can do this naturally. If you are not that type of person then there is no secret to change your life dramatically.But, there are always hopes.

If you want to be able to feel comfortable in social situations then the wall that separates you from your goal is the wall of fear. And that wall becomes harder when you ignore the situation you fear about.

Our target is to break the wall.I am going to tell you some simple but very effective trick.If you use it, your fear will be gone.If you continue practicing it, you life will be changed.

The tricks are-

1. Make a positive attitude
2. Face the fear

1.How to make a positive attitude? Here is a very effective way. I got it from the book "FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY". What you need is a tape recorder. Record some motivational quote in it such as "Day by day I am becoming brave" , "I can easily face any kind of social situation" or "A peaceful sea never made a skillful mariner" and so on. Whenever you are alone hear those audios. Buy some motivational books. Read them regularly. Always focus your concentration on those positive quotes. You can use the product"THINK RIGHT NOW" for this purpose. This is very helpful for this purpose.

You should not hear to your negative thoughts. Whenever those thoughts come to your mind dont try to remove them with force. Just concentrate on the positive thoughts,ideas or quotes. If you keep practicing this, may be within 1 week your mentality will be changed and you will think positively.


2.Now find out the things you feel fear to face. Face the situation.Everytime you face the situation the wall of fear will be weaker. And after repeating some times the fear will be broken.
In some cases, the fear will be gone in the first time!This may sound very simple. But this is the most effective method. There is no shortcut.

If you practice those two processes within one month your whole life would be changed. For this you have to take huge action. But the result will be amazing. If you dont understand my article read the book of "SUSAN JEFFER" named "FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY".

After achieving your goals, continue the process. It is very important. Make it a daily habit.

ANTHONY ROBBINS

Can I change my behaviour?Can I take control of my life?Or, is it possible for me to destroy my social anxiety?Now, I believe that i will remove my anxiety and change my life. The man who made me believe this is Anthony Robbins.

Last week i was searching for TOASTMASTER videos on YouTube.Because of social anxiety it is hard for me to talk to new people. So, i was interested about TOASTMASTERS. I wanted to know how those people give speech in front of lots of people. While searching in YouTube I found the video "THE BEST FROM ANTHONY ROBBINS". A very big man giving speech in front of lots of people. Great voice,great style and great speech.I watched all the episodes of it.The information and tips were very useful. So, i became more interested about him.I searched about him in Google and found WOW!!!Is it true?!?

Anthony Robbins is a great motivator.He worked with mother Teresa, Margaret Thatcher, Francois Mitterrand, Princess Diana, Bill Clinton .....and So on. "AWAKEN THE GIANT WITHIN"is his bestselling book. I think every person with or without social anxiety must read this book.


There are some tips on his book. They are working perfectly for my anxiety problem.The leverage method, pain pleasure principle and the most powerful NAC which is the upgrade of NLP.I have already changed some of my limiting behavior. Now I am going to use it for my social anxiety problem.


Now, i know i am not less than others. I am just equal to everybody. The problem is with my belief system. If i can change my belief system, i will be able to change my inner world immediately. If i can change the inner world, i will be able to change my outer world.

If you want to change your belief system now just collect the book and follow the procedures.Don't forget to watch his videos on YouTube. It will help you to be energized.

Self therapy

Yesterday i found another resource in Youtube while learning about social anxiety. You can easily find any kind of information in youtube in a video mode :).

Now i want to tell you something about selftherapy for social anxiety. Think....when you go to any kind of social situation what do you feel. In that time an anxious person feel fear or insecurity.Isn't it? Now think, if that person do not feel that imotion of fear or insecurity there will be no social anxiety.
In general case a social anxious person try to fight with that imotion. Or try to avoid that situation. In both cases the anxiety becomes stronger. So, what to do?
The answer is, you should not fight with that sensation. Furthermore, you have to experience it more deeply. You have to invite that sensation and embrace it.....or even love it.

Example:

Suppose you have to give speech infront of some people. When you go to the stage what will you feel? You will feel fear. May be you heart will try to break your chest :). Now if you try to fight with this sensation, it will not be a good idea. Try to concentrate on this feeling. (or even love that feeling).Belive me it will be easier for you to give the speech.

Think Right Now

Dear friend, today i want to share my small experience with you. In order to reduce my shyness and anxiety i started to use a product named Think Right Now. I think its good.
Actually our mind consists of conscious mind and sub-conscious mind. Our core behaviour comes
from our sub-concious mind. The sub-concious mind of a shy person always belives that he/she is a shy fellow. If anyhow we can make it belive that he is not shy anymore then shyness will be removed.
But, the question is how we can make it belive that it is not shy anymore. How we can communicate with our sub-conscious mind. Researches have shown that when our body is in a relaxed condition we can easily communicate with our sub-conscious mind. And, another way is repetation. If we always hear the same thing our sub-conscious mind starts to belive that.
Think Right Now uses some tapes which gives us some autosuggestion which say that we are not shy anymore....We are now a people full of confidence.At first time it seemed to me stupid. But now i think its working. You can check it at www.thinkrightnow.com .

Social anxiety. Now-a-days a great problem in human life. It is a problem that makes us feel that we are different from other people in a negative way.

Are you afraid of going to the places where you have to talk with other people? You may think you will do or say something stupid. You may think other people will think badly about you. You may have a negative picture of yourself inside your mind.....These are some of the symptoms of social anxiety.

You Are Not Alone

But friend, don’t be afraid. You are not alone.

More than 15 million people are affected by this problem. This happens equally to man and woman. I myself is a sufferer of social anxiety and still I am facing this problem. But I feel much better than my previous condition. And still I am improving. I believe one day I will be a person free of anxiety and shyness.

I want to share my feelings and experiences with other people, specially with thosewho are suffering from social anxiety and shyness like me.

browsed many websites to conquer social anxiety and shyness. Some websites are very helpful. So, my friend we have to study. This will really help you. But remember conquering social anxiety and shyness is not one night job. If you work hard you are surely going to conquer your anxiety and shyness. It takes time.

The Creature of Darkness

Someday before I watched a horror movie [Cannot remember the name :)]. There were some creatures which lived in dark caves. At night those creatures came out and killed the villagers. But the creatures were afraid of daylight. At daylight their body converted into ashes and they were destroyed.

Fear is like nothing but those darkness creatures. If your fears can be taken into daylight they will be converted into ashes. Now, the question is how? Answer is very simple....
Just do the things you fear and your fear will be gone.

It's a Party Time!!!

Suppose your parents are requesting you to go to a party. But you don’t want to go. Because you think you will say something stupid. If you don’t say anything it will also be stupid. Or people may understand you are an afraid fellow.....etc. So, you will not attend the party. This has a very bad effect. Because, this will happen all the time. You will never be able go to a party any time.

So your fear will be increased day by day. How to get rid of this problem? The answer is simple, my friend. Just go to the party. Do whatever you want to do. Say whatever you want to say. And you will find that you are not a stupid fellow at all.

Friend, I know what are you thinking. You are thinking, " It is easy to say but hard to do". But, this is the most effective way. I myself tried this.It is very effective.

At the first time, when I went to the party I was feeling like a dead person. I tried to speak but I could not. I tried to walk but my legs were shaking. I thought I was really looking stupid. But you know, nobody had time to notice me. Because, they had many things to do. For the first 3/4 parties I could not speak to anyone. Then I started speaking with known person. And now I speak with unknown persons also. Yes it is true that sometimes I feel shy. But this is reducing day by day. I know I have to develop more.

Tips From My Doctor

Friend don’t waste your time. List the things you fear about. Find the easiest one and do that job. One day will come when you will feel no fear about that thing. Then go to the next topic of the list. you can maintain a diary for that purpose. One day will come when you have done all the things of the list!!!! This is true!!!!......But this needs hard work.

But remember this is not one night job as some websites say. You can conquer social anxiety and shyness in a step by step method.
